+CI caches Go modules (`~/go/pkg/mod`) and npm dependencies (`~/.npm`, `node_modules`) via `actions/cache` — keyed on `go.sum` and `package-lock.json` respectively. Cache is served by Gitea's built-in cache server at `git.popertots.com`.
