The DAV_SKIP_INIT env var was only set in CI, not locally. db_test_init.go always auto-sets GO_TESTING=1 for local runs — now does the same for DAV_SKIP_INIT, so tests don't panic on DAV init failure.

New test files cover previously untested paths across DAV, validators,
S3, Square, mw, bookings, user, and payments packages.
Includes mock fix: HoldCheckouts flag on MockClient allows tests to
pause auto-complete goroutine for testing PENDING checkout states.
Coverage: 50.4% → 65.0% (+14.6pp)
resetEnv() conditionally set POSTGRES_HOST only when empty. When
TestConnect_InvalidCredentials explicitly set it to 'localhost' and
then called resetEnv(), the value was preserved because it wasn't
empty. This leaked into TestConcurrentQueries, which then tried to
connect to localhost:5432 instead of the workflow-configured postgres
hostname.
Fix: capture the POSTGRES_HOST value at init() time in a package-level
variable (savedPOSTGRESHost) and always restore it in resetEnv(), so
the correct value is always used regardless of which tests ran before.
The dev-tagged Connect() in db_dev.go hardcoded localhost:5432 in the
DSN instead of reading the POSTGRES_HOST env var. Since CI tests run
with -tags "test,dev", db_dev.go is compiled and the POSTGRES_HOST=postgres
env var was silently ignored, causing db package tests to try connecting
to 127.0.0.1:5432 where no PostgreSQL is listening (service container
is only reachable via Docker DNS hostname postgres).
Also remove the -a flag from the workflow now that caching is no longer
suspected of causing issues.
Set UTC timezone in pgxpool config to ensure consistent timestamp handling. Add detailed doc comment to Querier interface clarifying QueryRow vs Querier distinction.

Migrate all test files from SetupTestDB/db.DB pattern to per-test transactions:
- Replace SetupTestDB(t) with SetupTestTx(t) for context + transaction
- Replace db.DB.Query/QueryRow/Exec with tx.Query/QueryRow/Exec
- Replace context.Background() with context from SetupTestTx
- Replace defer rows.Close() pattern with explicit rows.Close()
- Add testdb.SeedBaseline(pool) to all TestMain functions
- Wire db.Conn = db.NewPoolProxy(pool) in all TestMain functions

Replace direct *pgxpool.Pool usage with PoolProxy wrapper across the entire backend:
- db.DB renamed to db.Conn (*pgxpool.Pool -> *PoolProxy)
- JWT functions now accept context.Context instead of using context.Background()
- Handler DB calls route through PoolProxy for per-test transaction support
- Fixture/helper/testdb functions accept Querier interface for decoupling
- Query ordering fixed in bookings handlers: COUNT after data query to avoid pgx conn busy
- Time truncation fixed: time.Date instead of Truncate(24*time.Hour) for week start calc
- testmain_test.go files updated with SeedBaseline and NewPoolProxy

- PoolProxy: wraps pgxpool.Pool, routes queries through context transaction when active
- Querier: interface accepted by fixture/helper functions for decoupling
- ContextWithTx / TxFromContext: store/extract pgx.Tx in context.Context
- SetupTestTx (in testutils): begins tx, stores in context, auto-rolls back on cleanup
- SetupTestTx (in testtx): package-level variant with semaphore for parallel safety
