Replace new Date() with SvelteDate in reactive contexts. Use $derived for computed values (totalPages). Use resolve() from $app/paths for all internal navigation hrefs. Add ARIA labels and keyboard accessibility to NavBar mobile menu. Remove unused handleRetry from UserPaymentModal.
