Add total_duration_minutes, total_amount, end_time computed columns to bookings table with PL/pgSQL triggers for auto-recalculation. Add indexes for new columns (end_time, status+end_time, notes trigram) and existing join columns (service_id, custom_service_id). Add trigram indexes for user name and service name search.
